Q. How does WarrantyFeed add warranties to my web store?
A. WarrantyFeed captures your entire product catalog and automatically inserts warranties to product pages as an optional purchase.
Q. What types of products are covered? I don't sell electronics
A. We cover any product powered by either electricity or batteries. From MP3 players to hair curlers. We also offer warranties on jewelry, watches, furniture as well as riding lawnmowers.
Q. How much does the Warranty Feed Dealer Program Cost?
A. It's free. Just register and start selling warranties.
Q. How much do I earn selling warranties?
A. WarrantyFeed pays you 20% of the gross warranty sale. The remaining 80% is paid directly to WarrantyFeed by you.
Q. When do I get paid?
A. You get paid at point-of-sale. Buyers add the warranty to their shopping cart and pays you at checkout.
Q. How does WarrantyFeed.com get paid?
A. You collect 100% of the warranty premium at checkout. WarrantyFeed then bills you the warranty premium amount minus your commission. Billing occurs on the 1st and 16th of every month.
Q. How am I invoiced?
A. There are two billing cycles, they are:
- Warranties sold between the 1st and 15th will be billed via electronic invoice on the 16th.
- Warranties sold between the 16th and last day of every month will be billed on the 1st of the following month.
Q. When are invoices due? What are your billing terms?
A. Invoice payments are due upon receipt (each cycle has a 10 day grace period) Failure to pay an invoice within the grace period immediately following a billing cycle will result in the cancellation of those warranties not paid for within that cycle. You will then be solely responsible for reimbursing your customers the full cost of each warranty purchased and paid for by them.
Q. How do I pay my invoices?
A. . You will receive an invoice via email with a link to our secured checkout page. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Q. Can I sell warranties outside of the United States?
A. Yes, warranties can also be sold in Canada and England. More countries coming soon!
Q. Can I purchase warranties from WarrantyFeed and sell them for a higher price?
A. Yes, we offer a wholesale program for volume sellers. Please contact us for more information.

Q. How are warranties added to my ebay listings?
A. WarrantyFeed automatically inserts its warranty seal to your ebay listings. This seal lets your buyers know a warranty is available.
Q. How much do I earn?
A. You will receive 30% of the warranty net sale paid daily if you have a PayPal account. Net is defined as the gross sale minus our cost to the insurance underwriting company.
Q. When and how do I get paid?
A. ebay sellers get paid daily via PayPal.
Q. Are there any minimum sales requirements?
A. No.
Q. How are refunds handled? For example, a buyer cancels their entire order.
A. Please direct all buyer cancellations to warrantyfeed support.
Q. I want my commissions paid daily, how do I sign up for Pay Pal?
A. Go to www.paypal.com, Click "Sign Up Now!", Select "Casual On line Seller" and follow the instructions. Once your Pay Pal account is activated, update your Profile via the Warranty Feed Control Panel by adding a Pay Pal E-Mail address. Once updated you will begin receiving daily commissions.
Q. I don't have a Pay Pal account, how will I get paid?
A. If you don't have a Pay Pal account we will mail you a commission check on the 1st day of every month. Bank wire transfers coming soon.
Q. If my customers have a question about the warranty whom should they contact?
A. We manage the entire sales cycle so you should not receive any questions. If you do, simply refer the buyer to www.warrantyfeed.com
